Hello, I’m Will!

I’m a student at Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a researcher in Anat Kreimer’s group. My research focuses on computational methods for predicting and understanding gene regulation, particularly enhancer–gene regulatory interactions.

Previously, I interned at the Lilly Institute for Genetic Medicine, studied Australia’s unique-tasting beer by analyzing S. cerevisiae genomes at the American Museum of Natural History, and built software for cardiovascular disease prediction at the Rutgers Institute for Health.

For more details, see my CV.

Currently, I’m reading The Loser by Thomas Bernhard and listening to Geese’s Alive & In Person.

Catch me at ASHG (Montréal) in October and MLCB (New York) in November.
